The Rams just landed Myles Garrett…
Myles Garrett is on the move to the LA Rams while Jared Verse goes to Cleveland!
I think this is such a perfect move for both franchises. Hear me out.
If you're the Rams you're in that 2-3 year window where you have to win the Super Bowl. You don't really have too many first round picks. If you're the Browns you get a stud on defense, you get a first, you get a second and you get a third.
That's a great return if you look at it in the lens of, “This is a team that's starting to rebuild, they're starting to make an identity for themselves,” If you're the Rams, you still have Ty Simpson. Hell, you may even trade them for Joe Burrow in a year or so.
But this is your time to win. I think the Rams are starting to position themselves as that top team in the NFC, maybe that top two team. I don't really see anybody that is going to beat them other than the Eagles. Jared Harris gets a reunion because he's from Dayton, Ohio, and I love to see when both teams kind of win a trade.
What do you guys think?
